The company has raised more than USD 1.7B: a USD 675M Series B at a USD 2.6B valuation (2024; Microsoft, OpenAI Startup Fund, NVIDIA, Jeff Bezos, Intel, Amazon) and a Series C of over USD 1B at a USD 39B valuation (September 2025; Parkway, Brookfield, NVIDIA, Macquarie, LG, Salesforce, T-Mobile, Qualcomm). In September 2026 it signed a USD 3.5B compute commitment with Nscale (up to 100,000 NVIDIA Vera Rubin GPUs). About 650 employees; the Index platform collects human video (16M videos from 108 countries).
History and generations
Figure 01 (prototype 2022–2023) → Figure 02 (August 2024: 2.25 kWh battery, 16-DoF hands, six cameras; 11 months on the BMW line) → Figure 03 (9 October 2025: lighter, textile shell, parts designed for mass production, palm cameras, touch) → Figure 04 with its design locked since 13 May 2026, not yet unveiled. Software: Helix 01 (20 February 2025, upper-body control), Helix 02 (27 January 2026, whole body), Helix 2.5 (17 September 2026, a foundation model pretrained on Index data).

Frequently asked questions about Figure 03
- Can Figure 03 be bought or hired?
- No. Figure has no price list, pre-orders or waitlist; robots go to internal development, data collection, pilot homes and BMW. ROBOTio does not have it in its fleet.
- What are Helix and Helix 2.5?
- Helix is Figure's in-house vision-language-action model that controls the robot. Helix 2.5 (17 September 2026) is a foundation model pretrained on human video from the Index platform; in 30 unseen homes it handled three chores with 56 % success without on-site training.
- Why does Figure 03 appear twice in the photo?
- The overview graphic shows the same robot with two software versions — "03 + Helix" and "03 (Helix 2.5)". The hardware is one: Figure 03.
- How much does Figure 03 cost?
- No price has been published. The founder mentioned a possible US home lease of USD 400–600 a month in May 2026, but nothing has launched.
- How long does Figure 03 run?
- 5 hours on the 2.3 kWh structural battery; it charges wirelessly at 2 kW through the feet.
