In our Christmas spot for Czech radio ZUN, Robot RUDA remembers spending his first Christmas switched off in a box in a warehouse. This year he wants to be the big surprise at your party: he welcomes guests, speaks their language and poses for photos all evening. The video has English subtitles.

At T-Mobile’s T-Data & AI conferences we opened the programme with the ROBOrevue show on two consecutive days. Three humanoids in T-Mobile shirts then welcomed guests, posed for photos, introduced sessions on stage and in Prague took part in a panel discussion on artificial intelligence.

„Our events were accompanied by the hosts … Robot RUDA and his humanoid colleagues from ROBOTio.cz.“
At the Forbes Next Big Thing festival in Brno our robots appeared at the opening of the main programme. During the day they met visitors, posed for photos with them and also appeared in a live report by TV Nova.
Opening of the main programme, Wannieck Gallery Brno, 17 September 2026.
Humanoid robots and professional dancers perform in a shared choreography. The five-minute show fits into the programme of a company party, gala evening or product launch. ROBOrevue premiered on 1 September 2026 in Paris.

At PX Party 2026 in Prague, three of our humanoid robots, including R.U.D.A., performed together. Their joint show was part of the opening of the evening for the Prague Stock Exchange, PXE – Power Exchange Central Europe and the Central Securities Depository. After entering among the guests, the robots took over the programme for several minutes.
Robot R.U.D.A. was the star surprise of Leoš Mareš's birthday show “Staré Pecky” in Mikulov (28 June 2026). During Helena Vondráčková's performance it danced on stage to the beat, and Leoš himself danced and sang with it — and leading Czech media covered it.
Real events, real brands, real numbers. KÄRCHER, SONY, ČS Leasing, Brilon, INFLUCON, and OneCore × Microsoft have already had a robot at their event. Watch it.

At an event it's not enough for the robot to just stand in a corner. That's why we tailor how it's involved to the type of event, the audience and the program.
In some cases it makes sense for the robot to welcome guests. Elsewhere it should perform on stage. At a trade show it can draw visitors to your booth. At a corporate event it can lighten up the program and create a fun moment. At a product event it helps the brand look modern and innovative.
Together we'll design how the robot should work at your event, so it doesn't feel like a tech gimmick but like a natural part of the program.
Every type of event has a different audience, a different goal and a different way to get involved. We've delivered a live project for each one, and we know what works.
The robot gets the atmosphere going. It welcomes arrivals, joins the opening remarks, hands out awards, takes part in hosting or becomes the photo point of the evening.
Ideal for: Christmas parties · gala evenings · celebrations · business meetings
The robot reinforces the innovation theme. It welcomes attendees, introduces a speaker, performs a short demo or serves as a photo point in the breakout zone.
Ideal for: tech conferences · HR events · summits · finance conferences
At a trade show the biggest challenge is stopping people on the move. A humanoid robot does it within seconds and draws visitors to your booth.
Case studies: KÄRCHER Vnitroblok · PVA Letňany
At a product launch the robot creates a moment of surprise — it brings the product on stage, accompanies the host or becomes part of the reveal.
Case studies: SONY α7R VI Port X · INFLUCON 2026
For children and students, meeting a humanoid robot is a powerful experience. It opens up topics of the future, AI and robotics in a fun and easy-to-grasp way.
Ideal for: schools · science festivals · children's days · universities · workshops
The robot is a strong visual element for news features, interviews, podcasts, reels and TV segments. Viewers instantly know they're watching something unusual.
Ideal for: TV features · YouTube · TikTok · Instagram · PR campaigns

We'll recommend whether the robot should welcome guests, perform on stage, take part in hosting or be a photo point.
Based on the type of event, we prepare the entrances, lines, movements, interactions and a recommended schedule.
The robot arrives with an operator. On site we check the space and safety, and get the performance ready.
Guests photograph, film and share the robot. You get a program element and content for your ongoing communication.

Robot R.U.D.A. is a humanoid performer — it walks, gestures, dances, shakes hands, talks and responds to the operator's cues. Depending on the type of event, you can use it as a host (welcoming guests at the entrance), a performer (a short show within the program), part of the hosting (dialogue with the host, introducing a guest, asking a question) or as a photo point for guests.
Ideally 2–4 weeks in advance, but for proven formats (welcoming guests, photo point, short show) we can manage even 2 days. A custom scenario or a premiere launch needs longer preparation. We handle last-minute bookings based on availability — get in touch and we'll find out whether we can cover the date.
The price depends on the length of the event, the robot's role, transport and scenario preparation. As a guide, we offer three formats: Event Starter (half-day), all-day activation and a custom show with choreography. We usually send a specific quote within 1 hour of receiving your enquiry.
No. The robot works well with or without a host. With a host it can engage in dialogue, introduce a guest or do an interactive sketch. Without a host it works best as a host at the entrance, a performer or a photo point. Based on your program, we'll recommend what will work best.
Yes. We deliver in Czechia, Slovakia, Austria, Germany and Poland. Robot R.U.D.A. speaks Czech, Slovak, English, German and French. For more distant destinations we arrange the logistics individually.
The robot works at events from 30 to 10,000+ guests. At a smaller event (30–200 people) the impact tends to be more intense — the robot gets to everyone. At large events it's powerful as a crowd magnet at a booth or as a stage moment in the program. We'll recommend whether it's a good fit after a consultation.
Nothing complicated — we need to know the type of event, the date, the venue, the number of guests and your idea of what the robot should do. We'll handle the rest (scenario, flow, scripts, schedule). On site we need a space of at least 2×2 m and access to a power outlet.
Yes. Guests naturally photograph and film the robot — generating organic UGC content that they share themselves. On request we can also arrange professional photo/video from the event suited to your channels. Our case studies (Brilon, KÄRCHER, SONY, ČS Leasing) show that a single event can generate content with 2 M+ organic views.
