AI and robotics have the greatest value when they help people work better, make decisions and build relationships. And that is exactly what the OneCore Business Breakfast managed to show — not with a slide, but with a live experience.

Wow effect at the start of the programme
The robot on stage together with the moderator — it instantly captures the audience's attention and opens up the topic of AI and technology in practice.
During the coffee break, the robot moves among guests, asks questions and naturally sparks conversations. It works as an icebreaker.
A short robotic quiz after the break — AI history, a physics experiment, light humour. A technology topic, not boring data.
A humanoid robot at Microsoft is a visually strong motif for photos, reels, LinkedIn posts and a follow-up PR article.
Differentiating the event from the competition
Business events in leasing tend to look alike. A humanoid adds a moment that guests will associate precisely with your brand.
A robot at the event underscores the host brand's position as a leader in digitalisation, AI and innovation — important for Gen Z talent as well as clients.
Together with the moderator and the content team, we define 3 roles for the robot in the programme: opening, networking, educational input.
The robot receives a script matching the tone of the event — professional, business-like, with subtle humour. It learns to react to guests and ask questions.
R.U.D.A. + operator at Microsoft. Opening stage, networking, quiz, closing line. 4–5 hours of active programme.
We hand over photos, a short video, reels-ready cuts and recommendations for social media and a follow-up PR article.
How does the robot integrate into a professional business programme without coming across as a distracting gimmick?
The robot receives a script tailored to the programme. Its lines work with specific topics (AI, leasing, digitalisation, behavioural decision-making) and are prepared together with the event moderator. It appears 3× in different roles, not as a one-off demonstration.
Can we prepare custom content for the robot that is specific to our sector?
Yes. Before the event, we consult on the key topics, speaker names and tone of communication. The robot then comments on the programme, reacts to speakers and activates conversation with specific groups of guests.
How does the robot handle interaction with 50+ guests during the coffee break?
The ROBOTio operator guides the robot among guests according to the networking plan. The robot asks questions, comments on answers and creates natural triggers for guest conversations. It is not a replacement for the moderator, but their partner.
Can the robot be deployed at similar events abroad — Vienna, Budapest, Berlin?
Yes. The robot works with an AI voice that can be switched to other languages (EN, DE, SK). We handle the logistics — transport, operator, technical support across the EU. We cover events in Prague, Bratislava, Vienna, Berlin, Munich.
The OneCore Business Breakfast in Bratislava was conceived as an exclusive gathering for owners and directors of leasing, credit and factoring companies, IT managers, financial and commercial directors, BI teams and other professionals looking for ways to save time, work and costs through modern technology. The event was organised by Seyfor in collaboration with Microsoft, with Miroslav Gavura from Národní banka Slovenska as the main expert guest. We brought to the programme an element that matched the theme of the entire event perfectly: the humanoid robot R.U.D.A. as a live demonstration of how technology is moving from presentations into real contact with people.
Business events in the financial and technology sector often follow a similar format: expert presentations, networking, panel inputs and discussions. The content tends to be valuable, but it can be challenging for the audience to maintain attention throughout the morning, especially when economic data, process digitalisation, AI and internal know-how are being discussed. The goal was to create a striking moment that naturally opens up the topic of artificial intelligence and the future of technology, enlivens the programme without disrupting the professional character of the event, supports networking among guests, creates a memorable experience associated with the OneCore brand and shows that AI and robotics are not a distant future but a practical part of today's business.
Solution: Robot R.U.D.A. as a technological guest, moderating partner and networking magnet
At the event we deployed the humanoid robot R.U.D.A., a project of ROBOTio and RobotRUDA.cz. This was the humanoid robot Unitree G1 EDU, approximately 130 cm tall and weighing approximately 35 kg, capable of bipedal walking, gestures, facial expressions, AI voice in Czech and controlled interaction with the audience. R.U.D.A. was integrated into the programme in three main roles: the opening wow effect on stage with the moderator, interaction during the coffee break and networking part, and an educational/entertaining input after the break with a short robotic quiz.
In the opening part of the programme, the robot appeared together with the moderator. The script worked with light humour, technological hyperbole and the topic of AI. The robot welcomed the guests, reacted to the moderator, commented on the leasing market and summarised the day's programme. The script also included the punchline that leasing is \"a combination of mathematics, trust and very small print\", which helped lighten the professional environment and instantly capture the audience's attention.
After the expert block, the robot moved among the guests, greeted them and engaged them in short interactions. The script anticipated natural questions, such as which company they are from or what they would use one hour a day for if AI could save it for them. The robot thus functioned as a natural conversation starter and helped connect guests with one another.
The coffee break was followed by a short robotic quiz. The questions concerned artificial intelligence, the history of chatbots and a physics experiment with a hammer and a feather in a vacuum. The aim was not just to entertain but to gently remind people that technology and AI have a longer history than people often realise.
The core idea was simple: the robot is not meant to replace a human at the event, but to help people experience the topic of technology more fully. That is why R.U.D.A. did not appear as an anonymous technical demonstration, but as a personality with its own tone of communication. Its lines were prepared to match the character of the audience: professional, business-like, yet human and with subtle humour. The opening line worked with the contrast between past and present: only a few years ago, a humanoid robot at a conference would have seemed like a glimpse of a distant future; today it is becoming just another item on the programme.
The OneCore Business Breakfast programme addressed practical questions about the future of the financial sector: the economic outlook, the digitalisation of leasing sales, working with corporate know-how and why people sometimes do not decide purely on the basis of data. Robot R.U.D.A. fitted into this programme as a living symbol of all these themes — it commented on and analysed AI and data in real terms, presented digitalisation as a physical experience, attracted customer experience through emotions and supported human decision-making with the closing punchline that data is important, but human factors in decision-making cannot be ignored.
s closing line", "body": "The robot closed the event with a human message: technology can analyse, predict, accelerate and automate, but the ability to understand another person, sense the right moment and decide even without complete data remains human. The future therefore will not belong to artificial intelligence alone, but to the people who can use it wisely." }, { "heading": "Benefits for the brand and the event", "body": "Deploying the humanoid robot brought the event several clear benefits: greater audience attention (the robot created a strong opening moment and distinguished the event from ordinary professional business breakfasts), better brand memorability (guests will likely associate the OneCore Business Breakfast with innovation, AI and Seyfor
The OneCore Business Breakfast at Microsoft Bratislava showed that a humanoid robot can work far better at a professional event than merely as a technical gimmick. Thanks to a carefully prepared script, Robot R.U.D.A. became a guide through the opening part of the programme, a lightening element between expert topics, a networking activator, a visually strong PR element and above all a symbol that the future of technology is no longer distant. The strongest message of the entire execution, however, was not technological but human: AI and robotics have the greatest value when they help people work better, make decisions and build relationships. And that is exactly what the OneCore Business Breakfast managed to show — not with a slide, but with a live experience.
