R.U.D.A. wasn't just a technological attraction. It was a full-fledged member of the programme — welcoming guests, opening the event with a humorous sketch with our Petr, leading the warm-up and handing over bags in the evening. We didn't expect such a level of interaction with a robot.

The robot isn't a one-off attraction in the corner of the hall. It enters repeatedly in different roles and forms the unifying thread of the programme from morning to evening.

A prepared sketch with the CEO or host breaks the standard corporate start. Instead of formal words, the event begins with a moment guests won't forget.

A short physical warm-up after the passive morning session re-energises the room. The robot's somersault = a clip participants film on their phones.

The robot serves as one of the stations — teams complete a task with the robot, compete in creativity, and original photos and videos for internal communication are created.

During the awards segment (Salesperson of the Year, Best of), the robot hands over bags and prizes. An unconventional handover gives the programme a modern touch.

One event produces a 15–30s reel, a 60–90s edit, a photo gallery, a LinkedIn post and a case study for future clients.

R.U.D.A. in a tie welcomes guests at reception with a prepared script. The first wow moment, a photogenic entry into the event, natural reactions from participants.

10:00–10:05 · Opening sketch with Petr Vacek

R.U.D.A. opens the programme in Petr's voice, as if he were Petr himself. Then the real Petr runs in and explains: \"R.U.D.A. took my tie and locked me in the toilet.\" Humour + surprise = a relaxed start.

Squats, arm circles, standing on one leg and a final robot somersault. The room's energy returns after the morning.

Teams pass through the ROBOTio station as part of the teambuilding — imitating the robot's movement, creating a short video, earning points for creativity and collaboration.

20:00–21:00 · Salesperson of the Year + Best of

R.U.D.A. hands over bags to the winners of the awards ceremony. An unconventional handover = a moment remembered the next day too.

How many times does the robot appear in the programme?

In this mode we involved 6 appearances — welcoming, opening sketch, warm-up, teambuilding opening, teambuilding station and the evening handover. The number is always tailored to the client's dramaturgy.

What does it mean that the robot speaks in the CEO's voice?

We pre-record the CEO's lines and R.U.D.A. plays them back with a robotic voice filter. The effect makes it seem as if the CEO himself opened the programme through the robot — the gag draws laughter from the audience.

Yes, but it requires free space (at least 2×2 m with no guests in the immediate vicinity). The robot operator performs a perimeter check before every dynamic element.

Can we adapt the robot's roles to our event programme?

Yes. The universal base (welcoming + warm-up + teambuilding + festive moment) is tailored with your event manager and dramaturge. Scripts, number of appearances, sketches — all bespoke.

What photo/video output is delivered after the event?

As standard we deliver a 15–30s reel for social media, a 60–90s edit for internal communication, a photo gallery and a LinkedIn post. The price includes filming and post-production.

Can R.U.D.A. hand over prizes and trophies?

Yes. The robot can carry physical objects up to about 3 kg (bags, envelopes, diplomas, glasses). Heavier trophies are handed over by a human partner together with the robot.
