Trade fair

The robot at your stand stops visitors, welcomes them and enables photos together. The operator keeps a safe space and turns the conversation into a meeting or a QR code.

Corporate party

The humanoid welcomes guests, takes the stage with the host or hands out awards during the announcement. The ROBOrevue show can be included as the highlight of the evening (5 minutes, area min. 12 × 6 m).

Conference

The robot complements the opening speech, a prepared dialogue with the host or a product launch. We align the scenario with the production team in advance and set the language of communication according to the audience.

Shopping centre

The compact Unitree G1 (135 cm) or the Go2 robot dog attracts passers-by and invites them to take photos and interact. We plan the programme with breaks for battery changes and a safe distance for visitors.

Humanoid robot for exhibitions, trade fairs and corporate events

At a trade fair or exhibition, attention is decided in the first seconds. A humanoid robot at your stand moves, greets and reacts to passers-by, so visitors stop, pull out their phones and start asking questions. This gives you a natural start to a conversation about your company and product. We offer the Unitree G1 (135 cm), which also fits into a smaller stand, and the taller Unitree H2 (180 cm), which is visible even from a greater distance in a crowded hall. They can be complemented by the Unitree Go2 robot dog, which appeals especially to children and families. Each robot comes with our own operator, who controls the robot, guards the safe space and adapts the program to the course of the day. The robot welcomes delegates at registration, supports the opening session and works the stands during breaks. No clinical claims, and no filming of delegates without consent. Trade fair stands and exhibitions

The most common brief: give visitors a reason to stop at your stand rather than walk past. Wrapped in your branding, the robot engages passers-by, runs short demonstrations and poses for photos, which gives your stand staff a natural reason to start a conversation. We travel to fairs in Czechia, Germany, Austria, Belgium and the Netherlands. We need a firm level surface, 230 V and space for the technical base.

Product launches and brand campaigns

The robot reveals the product, carries it on stage or runs a scripted dialogue with the host. It suits anything where the theme is technology, innovation or the future, and where you need content people will film themselves. Rental by robot model

We most often hire out the Unitree G1 — 130 cm, versatile on stage and among guests. The Unitree H2 (180 cm) from our fleet travels where a stage moment is needed. The four-legged Unitree Go2 works as an addition to the programme and for photos. Our operators stay with every robot at all times.

Education and long-term projects

For schools, workshops and company teams we design a demonstration that matches the audience. For long-term rental we first review the intended use, the model, the environment and the support — an event demonstration on its own does not prove a robot is suitable for continuous working operation.

How much space does the robot need at an event?

For the ROBOrevue show we need an area of at least 12 × 6 m with a flat, solid floor. For other formats, such as welcoming guests or photos at a stand, we determine the required area based on the scenario and the robot model, and your production team receives it in writing in advance.

How long does the ROBOrevue show last?

The ROBOrevue show lasts 5 minutes. The robot can also be deployed at an event in shorter appearances during the day or among guests; between appearances it needs breaks for battery changes, so we build the schedule around your programme.

Is an operator included in the rental?

Yes. Each robot at an event is operated by its own trained ROBOTio operator, who keeps a safe space around the programme, runs the scenario and handles everything on site. The number of operators is stated in the specific offer.

Where do you do events?

From Prague we travel throughout the Czech Republic, to Slovakia and the rest of Europe; we have done events for example in Germany, France and Portugal, and the ROBOrevue show premiered in Paris. We also serve Dubai and the Persian Gulf region.

How far in advance should I book the robot?

We recommend enquiring as early as possible, ideally several weeks before the event; for international events, multiple robots or the ROBOrevue show, even earlier. We confirm date availability within 24 hours of your enquiry and handle shorter deadlines individually.

What are the transport options for the robot?

We transport the robots in our own transport cases. In the Czech Republic and nearby countries we travel by our own vehicle with a crew; for long distances and to Dubai we arrange air transport including batteries, an ATA carnet and customs clearance. Transport is itemised in the offer.

How many robots can we book?

We can field up to four humanoid robots at a single event. We propose the line-up based on the type of programme and availability on your date. More robots also means more space and more production prep.

Can the robot speak our language?

Yes. The robot works in thirteen languages and answers in the language a guest speaks to it. Put the language and the style of interaction in your enquiry; we will confirm in advance whether it will be a prepared script or live voice conversation, and what that needs on site.

Does the robot move among guests on its own?

The robot moves among guests on its own along a route we set with the production team in advance; an operator stays nearby the whole time and can step in at any moment. Remote-controlled movement and a prepared choreography are separate modes that we choose according to the script and the space.

Can the robot appear alongside a host?

Yes, a joint appearance can be designed. We align the script, the cues and the rehearsal with your host and production. The robot can also act as a panel participant or roam among guests asking a question.

Can we put our own branding on the robot?

Branding options depend on the model and the programme — from a wrap in your brand colours to clothing or a jersey. Design, production and fitting are confirmed before the event.

Can the robot work outdoors?

It depends on the model, the weather, the surface and the script. We assess outdoor deployment case by case. We need a firm level surface, covered space for the equipment and a plan B for rain.

How long can the robot keep going?

We build the schedule around the activity and the conditions; between appearances the robot needs breaks to swap batteries and be checked. A full day on site therefore does not mean continuous performance without pauses — we propose a specific run sheet for your programme.

Can guests take photos with the robot?

Yes, and it is usually the single most popular part. On site we need the space arranged sensibly and guests to follow the operators' instructions.

How much notice do you need?

It depends on the length of the programme, the branding, the script and the venue. The sooner we know the brief, the better we can prepare even a complex show. Availability is confirmed individually — allow more time for events abroad and for larger line-ups.

Do you also provide photos and video?

Yes, the deliverables you need can be part of the brief. We agree the production, the formats, the delivery date and the usage rights in advance.

How much does it cost to rent a robot?

We price each event individually based on the date and location, how long the robot is present, how many robots there are and the scope of the programme. Fill in the enquiry form on this page and we will send an itemised quote within 24 hours.

Will the robot guarantee reach or a number of enquiries?

No, and we do not promise it. The outcome also depends on the audience, your offer and how you follow up the contacts. We are happy to help design the activation and the measurement, but we do not guarantee a number of views or orders.

Where can I hire a robot for an event?
