Opening the programme with the ROBOrevue show
A five-minute choreography of three humanoids and live dancers opened the conference day in both Bratislava and Prague.
The robots stood at the entrance and around the venue, greeted arriving guests and posed for photos with them. Guests filmed them on their phones.
The robot introduced sessions alongside the event hosts. Its lines were prepared in advance in Slovak for Bratislava and in Czech for Prague.
In Prague the robot joined a panel discussion on artificial intelligence and answered the moderator's questions.
Our crew was with the robots the whole time. The robot keeps its own balance while walking; the operator controls direction and gestures.
The robots in T-Mobile shirts appeared in guests' photos and in posts about the event on social media.
An hour-by-hour itinerary, the robot's lines in Slovak and Czech recorded and checked in advance, a persona for live conversation and shirts with the T-Mobile logo.

Can the robots handle two events in two countries on two consecutive days?
Yes. For T-Mobile we packed the robots after the Bratislava conference, moved them to Prague overnight and they were ready for the second event in the morning. We plan this in advance, including charging and a rehearsal on site.
Does the robot speak both Slovak and Czech?
Yes. We prepare the programme lines in advance in the language of the event and check the recordings beforehand. For free conversation with guests we set up the robot's persona and the language it should answer in.
What do the robots do between programme sessions?
They welcome guests, pose for photos and move around the venue. Batteries are swapped in a few minutes, so the robot can be available all day.
How much space does the ROBOrevue show need?
At least 12 × 6 m on a stage or a dedicated area. The show itself lasts 5 minutes and can open the event or fit anywhere in the programme.
