AgiBot G2
The industrial interactive humanoid from Shanghai-based AgiBot — height adjustable 122–180 cm, 185 kg, 25 degrees of freedom, force-controlled arms with torque sensors, two hot-swap batteries for 4 hours.
What it would mean for your event
Trade fairs and showrooms
G2 is also built to talk to customers — it would hold its own at a stand. It is not available for hire in Europe yet, though; with us that role is played by the 130 cm G1 at the stand and the 180 cm H2 in the halls.
Industrial pilot projects
If you plan an assembly or quality-inspection pilot, we help choose between G2, UBTECH Walker S2 and others and verify the supplier.
Demonstrations for management
Before a company buys an industrial humanoid, we deliver a live presentation of humanoid capabilities with robots from our fleet.

Availability at ROBOTio
AgiBot G2: ROBOTio does not currently hire out or sell this model. AgiBot sells to businesses (directly in China, elsewhere via resellers); price and EU certification are verified case by case. Looking for a robot for a corporate event? See the Unitree G1 and H2 from our event fleet — we help you choose the model and plan its role in the programme.
- Hire for events: no
- Sale / import: no — we follow its availability in Europe
- Alternative for events: Unitree G1 (130 cm) or H2 (180 cm) from our fleet
Manufacturer: AgiBot (Zhiyuan Robotics)
AgiBot Innovation (Shanghai) Technology was founded in February 2023 by former Huawei engineers Deng Taihua (CEO) and Peng Zhihui (CTO). In three years it became the volume leader: the 1,000th robot in January 2025, the 5,000th in December 2025, the 10,000th in March 2026 and the 15,000th in June 2026; revenue grew from RMB 0.3M (2023) to RMB 1.05B (2025). Investors include Tencent, HongShan, Hillhouse, BYD, LG Electronics, JD.com and SAIC; valuation above RMB 20B, a Hong Kong IPO process started in 2026. Other lines: the bipedal A2 (169 cm) and X2 (131 cm), the D1 quadruped and the C5 cleaning robot.
History and generations
The G series is the industrial wheeled line: G1 (Genie platform) → G2 launched 16 October 2025 with the cross-shaped force-controlled wrist, a 3-axis waist, 2-axis lifting legs and a pair of hot-swap batteries. 1,412 G-series units built by 8 December 2025; AgiBot's 15,000th robot (June 2026) was a G2. Standard compute version 500 TOPS, high-compute version with NVIDIA Jetson Thor.
ROBOTio's view
We follow AgiBot G2 for industrial clients; for EU import we verify the distributor, service and certification. At events we deploy our own Unitree G1 and H2.
- For manufacturing: verification of the distributor, service and CE for a pilot
- For trade fairs: a humanoid from our fleet
- For decisions: comparison with Walker S2, Digit and Apollo
