1. Introduction

1.1 Operator

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "T&C") govern the relationship between ROBOTio.cz (hereinafter "Operator") and customers using the services of the ROBOTio.cz portal (hereinafter "Customer").

1.2 Business Activity

The Operator provides services in the field of rental and sale of humanoid robots, technological equipment and related services including training and AI integration.

2. Services Provided

2.1 Robot Rental

Short-term rental of humanoid robots for events, exhibitions and corporate events

Long-term rental for commercial use

Delivery and installation of the robot at the event venue

Technical support during the rental

Robot insurance included in the rental price

2.2 Robot Sales

Sale of new humanoid robots from official manufacturers

Manufacturer warranty

Basic operator training

Technical support and service

2.3 Additional Services

Robot operator training

AI personalization and behavior programming

Rental of other technologies (Tesla Cybertruck, Apple Vision Pro)

3. Order and Contract

3.1 Service Inquiry

The Customer can submit an inquiry through the contact form on the website, by email at [email protected] or by phone/WhatsApp at +420 608 486 486.

3.2 Order Confirmation

The contract is concluded upon confirmation of the order by the Operator. Confirmation is sent by email or via WhatsApp.

3.3 Payment Terms

50% of the total event price – due upon order confirmation as a deposit to block the event date

50% of the total event price – due no later than 20 days before the event

4. Prices and Payment

4.1 Service Prices

Service prices are set individually based on specific inquiries. All prices are quoted without VAT unless stated otherwise.

4.2 Payment Method

Bank transfer to the Operator's account

Credit card (by arrangement)

Cash on delivery (small amounts only)

5. Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation by the Customer, the following cancellation fees apply:

More than 20 days before the event: 50% of the total price

Less than 20 days before the event: 100% of the total price

6. Liability for Damages

6.1 Insurance

All rented robots are insured against normal damage. Insurance does not cover intentional damage or damage caused by gross negligence.

6.2 Customer Liability

The Customer is liable for damages caused by improper handling of the robot or non-compliance with operator instructions. In such case, the Customer is obliged to cover the costs of repair or replacement of the robot.

7. Complaints

The Customer is obliged to file any complaints without undue delay, no later than 3 business days after the service was provided. Complaints can be submitted by email at [email protected] or by phone.

The Operator undertakes to resolve the complaint within 30 days of receipt.

These T&C are valid and effective from January 1, 2025. The Operator reserves the right to unilaterally amend the T&C. Changes are effective on the day of their publication on the website.

Relationships not covered by these T&C are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, in particular Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code.
