This Privacy Policy (hereinafter "Policy") describes how ROBOTio.cz (hereinafter "Controller"), processes personal data of users of the ROBOTio.cz website (hereinafter "Portal").

The Controller is obliged to protect personal data in accordance with applicable legislation, in particular Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Act No. 110/2019 Coll., on personal data processing.

The Controller may process the following data:

company data (company name, ID)

event data (date, event description)

billing data (for paid services)

providing robot rental and sales services

communication with the User regarding inquiries and orders

fulfillment of contracts concluded with the User

4. Data retention period

Personal data is retained for the period necessary to fulfill the purpose of processing, but no longer than the period prescribed by law (e.g. 10 years for accounting and tax purposes after termination of the contractual relationship). After this period, personal data is securely deleted or anonymized.
