Cars and robots therefore share a common foundation: software, sensors, and proprietary chips. Based on what we know about the brand, it stands on three pillars: - **Electric vehicles and AI** – the company's main focus, from which robotic development also stems. - **Humanoid IRON** – the robot we feature on our website as an information profile, see [XPeng Iron](https://robotio.eu/xpeng-iron). - **AEROHT Division** – development of electric vertical takeoff aircraft (eVTOL). For event organisers, what's important is that XPENG is not a manufacturer focused solely on robots. It's an automotive and technology conglomerate, so its deployment will likely most often be aimed at the automotive environment, showrooms, and technology presentations. The following information comes from the manufacturer (production version 2026) and ROBOTio has not verified it on our own unit: - height 178 cm, weight 70 kg, - 76 degrees of freedom in the body and 21 in each hand, - three XPeng Turing AI chips with performance over 2,250 TOPS, processing directly in the robot, - solid-state battery, - proprietary AI model of VLA type that connects vision, language, and action, - fully covered flexible skin and curved OLED display in the head. The manufacturer states that IRON already assists in XPENG's own factory. The officially supported languages are Mandarin Chinese and English; for Czech, the robot would need its own voice profile, which would be handled individually. ### Availability According to our information, XPENG launched IRON's serial production in September 2026 and plans its first deliveries for 2027. An official price list for Europe has not yet been published. It is therefore not yet possible to book IRON for an event, and we do not wish to promise anything further. ## How to get XPENG robots for your event An honest answer has three steps: 1. **Today:** IRON is not available through ROBOTio or, as far as we know, through any other provider in the Czech Republic. 2. **Following:** we update the [XPeng Iron](https://robotio.eu/xpeng-iron) page continuously as soon as representation or demo units for Europe become clear. 3. **Alternative:** for the date you have in your calendar, we will plan a scenario with a robot from our fleet. If we were to deploy IRON at some point, the same standard would apply as today: two operators, technical supervision, transport, installation, insurance, and a pre-approved scenario. ## What instead of IRON: Unitree G1 and H2 From our own fleet we offer [Unitree](https://robotio.eu/brands/unitree) humanoids and the Go2 robot dog. Practical differences: - **Unitree G1** (135 cm) – compact, robots R.U.D.A. and R.I.C.O. perform on stages, trade fairs and corporate events. - **Unitree H2** (180 cm) – in height it approaches an adult human, so it is suitable where you want a life-size robot. - **Up to 4 humanoids** at one event, or the entire [ROBOrevue](https://robotio.eu/case-study/roborevue-svetova-premiera-pariz-2026) with three robots and three dancers. The robot speaks the language in which the guest addresses it, and the persona and responses are approved in advance. The robot maintains movement and balance itself, the operator controls direction and gestures. Similarly, other brands talk about themselves, for example [Tesla Optimus](https://robotio.eu/tesla-optimus). However, any comparison is based on manufacturer data, not on experience from event deployment. Our recommendation is simple: for your event, choose a robot that can be booked, tested, and operated. Specifications on paper are not the same as a robot on stage in front of your guests. ## Frequently asked questions ### Can I rent XPENG IRON for an event in the Czech Republic? Not yet. ROBOTio does not offer it, and we are discussing representation for Europe with the manufacturer. For your current date, we will offer Unitree G1 or H2. ### When will IRON appear in Europe? XPENG plans first deliveries for 2027. An official price list for Europe has not yet been published. ### Will IRON speak Czech? The manufacturer officially supports Mandarin Chinese and English. A Czech voice profile would be prepared individually. Robots from our fleet speak the guest's language in 13 website languages. ### What is the alternative for an event this month?
