Article summary
Figure AI creates the Figure 03 humanoid but doesn't sell or rent it. Learn how the company started, what the robot can do, and which alternatives are available in Czechia and Europe for your events.
Figure AI is an American company based in San José that develops the humanoid robot Figure 03. However, you won't find it at events in Czechia or Europe today: Figure does not sell or rent its robots. We deliver the same experience for your guests—greeting, conversation, photography, or entertainment—with Unitree G1 and H2 humanoids from ROBOTio's own fleet, including two operators per robot. ## Who Stands Behind Figure AI Brett Adcock founded the company in 2022 in San José, previously associated with Archer Aviation and Vettery. According to available data, it currently employs approximately 650 people. Its investors and partners include major technology companies such as Microsoft, NVIDIA, Intel, Amazon, Salesforce, T-Mobile, and Qualcomm. This capital and the videos the company releases explain why event clients also enquire about Figure. The robot is manufactured in the proprietary BotQ factory, which the company designed for mass production. According to the manufacturer's data, over 350 units have been produced by April 2026. Learn more about the brand on the [Figure AI](https://robotio.eu/brands/figure) page. ## What Robots Does Figure Make The robot generations build on each other: - **Figure 01:** Prototype from 2022–2023. - **Figure 02:** Introduced in August 2024, it worked on the production line at BMW's factory for 11 months. - **Figure 03:** Launched 9 October 2025, lighter, with soft textile covering and parts designed for mass production. - **Figure 04:** According to available information, its design was locked as of 13 May 2026, but it has not yet been unveiled. ### Figure 03 Specifications According to the manufacturer's specifications, Figure 03 is 173 cm tall, weighs 61 kg, and can lift 20 kg. It operates for approximately five hours on a single charge and charges wirelessly through its feet. It has cameras in its palms and touch-sensitive fingertips capable of detecting approximately 3 grams, so the robot sees what it's holding and feels how much pressure is applied. Full specifications are available on the [Figure 03](https://robotio.eu/figure-03) page. ### Helix: The Robot's Brain The robot is controlled by a proprietary model called Helix. Helix 2.5, released 17 September 2026, successfully completed bed-making, towel-folding, and tidying tasks in 30 previously unseen homes with a 56% success rate without prior on-site training. This is a promising signal for domestic work and industrial applications. For event operations, however, the question is different: who physically brings the robot into the venue. ## Where Figure 03 Is Actually Deployed - **BMW Spartanburg:** Following Figure 02, Figure 03 has been operating in Hall 52 since June 2026, sorting parts and pulling carts. - **Pilot Households:** Data collection and Helix 2.5 testing in the San Francisco area. - **Internal Development:** The remaining manufactured units remain within the company. Figure has no pricing, pre-orders, or waiting list. The price has not been disclosed. Therefore, it cannot be ordered for trade shows, conferences, or corporate events. ## Can You Get Figure 03 for an Event? Simply put: no. ROBOTio does not rent, sell, or facilitate this model. Figure does not yet discuss Europe as a market for external customers. We monitor every announcement and will notify clients who leave their contact details. If you're planning an event, don't wait for a model that cannot be ordered. Base your decision on what the robot needs to do on stage or at your booth. An overview of the market can be found on the [Robot Models](https://robotio.eu/models) page. ## Instead of Figure: Unitree G1 and H2 From our own fleet, we deploy: - **Unitree G1** (135 cm): A shorter and 'more approachable' robot for greetings, conversations, and photography. Details available on [Unitree G1 Basic](https://robotio.eu/unitree-g1-basic). - **Unitree H2** (180 cm): A taller humanoid for stage appearances and larger venues where you need a more commanding presence. - **Up to 4 humanoids at a single event** if you want a greater impact. The robot speaks in the language in which the guest addresses it (13 website languages). You pre-approve the personality and dialogue. The robot maintains its own movement and balance; the operator controls direction and gestures. Two operators are present with each robot at all times. ### Where It Works Typical use cases include [corporate events](https://robotio.eu/robot-hire-by-event-type), [technology events](https://robotio.eu/robot-hire-by-event-type), and [trade shows](https://robotio.eu/robot-hire-by-event-type).
