With a concept that is not sold, this is hardly surprising. ## Availability: why you won't see it at your event The situation is clear: - CyberOne is not commercially available. - ROBOTio does not offer it for hire or sale. - It cannot be booked, transported, or deployed with an operator. For planning purposes, this yields one key lesson: do not build a scenario, programme, or communication campaign around a robot you cannot obtain. Emotion recognition looks attractive on paper, but for an organizer, only what can actually be placed on stage or at a booth on the day of the event counts. ## How to assess robots that cannot be ordered Data from presentations and press releases are useful for market orientation, not for event budget decisions. Before you develop ideas around any model, verify four things: 1. **Is the model commercially available?** A concept or development prototype is not a service that can be ordered. 2. **Who will operate it at your event?** Without experienced operators who know the robot and the environment, a humanoid cannot be safely operated at an event. 3. **Who guarantees delivery and deadline?** Your event has a fixed date, and a robot that "might be available" is a risk. 4. **What can be tested in advance?** Persona, dialogue, and scenario are approved in advance with us, and this is not possible with a concept without service and support.
