The world premiere of ROBOrevue on 1 September 2026 and three humanoids at the TE Connectivity conference in Paris. What can you take from it for your own corporate event? Practical insights.

You can take four things from our week in Paris and apply them to your own event: an opening that follows on from an introductory video or script, a short show with a clear framework, robots mingling with guests away from the stage, and meticulous logistics with overland transport. All of it worked from 31 August to 2 September 2026 in Paris, where three ROBOTio humanoid robots opened the TE Connectivity conference and, at the same time, performed the world premiere of the ROBOrevue show. Two days later came the Czech premiere in Brno. ## What actually happened in Paris From 31 August to 2 September, the Pullman Paris Tour Eiffel hosted a meeting of the TE Connectivity automotive division's leadership (Global Automotive) under the motto "Driving Growth Together". The event was prepared by the agency Beyond Marketing and Events, who wanted an opening in which "the future physically enters the room". The programme began with an introductory video about the future of the automotive industry. A live show followed without a break: three humanoids "woke up" on the stage in the Orsay Ballroom and performed a five-minute choreography. It was the first public version of the show we now offer as ROBOrevue. The world premiere took place on 1 September 2026. You can find further details in the case studies [TE Connectivity ALM Paris 2026](https://robotio.eu/case-study/te-connectivity-alm-paris-2026) and [ROBOrevue – world premiere in Paris](https://robotio.eu/case-study/roborevue-svetova-premiera-pariz-2026). On 3 September 2026, we performed the same show in Brno at the BEplan event. The same show, a different audience, a different language in the auditorium. That is precisely because the show works without words. The robots do not dance beside the humans, but with them. Every movement of each robot is programmed to the beat of the music, and the premiere was preceded by weeks of rehearsals in Prague. Practical parameters: - **Space:** a stage or dedicated area of at least 12 × 6 m. The show cannot be performed in a smaller space; this is a safety requirement for both the dancers and the robots. - **Duration:** the show itself lasts five minutes. For a longer programme, we arrange several appearances during the evening and robots mingling with guests. - **Language:** the show needs no words, so it works in any country. - **Use:** the highlight of a gala evening, corporate party or product launch. ## What to take from Paris to your event ### 1. Link the robots to your script In Paris, the robots made their entrance exactly at the end of the introductory video and to the agency's music. The entrance, lighting and sound were fine-tuned at the rehearsal the day before the opening. If you would like a similar effect, prepare your materials in good time: music, video, timing. The robot then does not come across as an added attraction, but as a continuation of the story. This is particularly useful at conferences; see [robot for conferences](https://robotio.eu/robot-hire-by-event-type) and [robot for corporate events](https://robotio.eu/robot-hire-by-event-type). ### 2. Give the show a clear framework The choreography in Paris was not mere decoration. The agency built it as a physical expression of the conference motto. If you have a theme, a motto or a new product, let the robots convey the same message through movement. For launches and product unveilings, this comes naturally; see [robot for launch parties](https://robotio.eu/robot-hire-by-event-type) or [robot for product presentations](https://robotio.eu/robot-hire-by-event-type). ### 3. Don't leave the robots on the stage alone Away from the stage, the robots met the attendees: photographs, short conversations and lines prepared in English in line with the event programme. The robot speaks in the language in which the guest addresses it, and both the persona and the lines are approved in advance. The robot maintains its own movement and balance, while an operator controls direction and gestures. Five minutes on stage are thus complemented by hours of contact with people at networking sessions or photo opportunities; see [robot for networking](https://robotio.eu/robot-hire-by-event-type) and [robot for photo shoots](https://robotio.eu/robot-hire-by-event-type). ### 4. Make use of the event's surroundings Before the event, we took the robots for a walk to the Louvre and the Eiffel Tower. Passers-by's reactions were captured on video, and nobody staged them. If your hotel or venue has an interesting location, a short walk will produce content for social media even before the opening. ## Logistics: what to plan for at an event abroad Robots do not fly. Their batteries are classed as dangerous goods, so they travelled from Prague by van through Germany and France. The journey to Paris took a day. Bear this in mind when planning further European events: - **Travel days:** for more distant destinations, there are more of them; we will confirm the dates and scope in the quotation. - **Crew:** each robot has two operators throughout the event, plus the dancers and the show production team. - **On-site rehearsal:** ideally the day before the event, with the production's lighting and sound. - **Materials in advance:** music, script, lines and, where applicable, an NDA and a purchase order. We travel across Czechia, Slovakia, Europe and even to the Gulf, so this is not a one-off. This year we have performed more than 70 shows in six countries. ## Which robots to use in the show For shows and events, we work with our own fleet of [Unitree](https://robotio.eu/brands/unitree) robots: [Unitree G1](https://robotio.eu/unitree-g1-basic) models, standing 135 cm tall, and H2 models, standing 180 cm tall. We can deploy up to four of them at a single event. You can find an overview on the [models](https://robotio.eu/models) page. If you are considering other brands, such as Tesla Optimus, we do not hire those out and only provide information about them. The alternative is the G1 or H2 from our fleet. We also handled a similar deployment of three robots on a single stage at [PX Party 2026](https://robotio.eu/case-study/px-party-2026-tri-humanoidni-roboti). ## Frequently asked questions ### How many people are needed for three robots abroad? Each robot has two operators, plus the dancers and the show production team. The crew travels overland with the robots. ### Can the show be linked to our video or script? Yes. In Paris, the robots made their entrance at the end of the introductory video and to the agency's music. We synchronised the entrance, lighting and sound at the rehearsal the day before. ### What space does ROBOrevue require? A stage or dedicated area of at least 12 × 6 m. The show cannot be performed in a smaller space. ### Will you perform a similar opening outside France? Yes, we travel throughout Europe. For more distant destinations, there are more travel days; we will confirm the dates in the quotation. ## Would you like a similar opening for your event? Tell us the date, venue and programme, and you will receive a quotation within 24 hours. Prices are not published on the website; we always prepare them on request.
